Senior Manager, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for a dedicated client engagement.

• Oversee dashboard discovery, requirements gathering, project management, quality assurance, and communication with stakeholders.

• Create Power BI dashboards within the client's environment.

• Collaborate with an offshore Merkle Power BI developer to deliver dashboards according to specified requirements.

• Facilitate project discovery sessions to comprehend dashboard prioritization, stakeholders, and end users.

• Conduct dashboard discovery sessions to collect feedback on wireframes and finalize requirements.

• Ensure that access, data, and information are readily available for dashboard development and updates.

• Perform quality assurance on dashboards for data accuracy, functionality, refresh schedules, and security settings.

• Guarantee that dashboards are published in accordance with security protocols.

• Keep projects on schedule and communicate any timeline risks to stakeholders.

• Manage quality reviews and acceptance processes between development resources and stakeholders.

• Assist with project scoping and effort estimation as required.

• Proven experience in leading Power BI dashboard development projects from discovery to deployment.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI reporting, data modeling, visualization best practices, and dashboard governance.
