This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product strategy, roadmap, and business justification for a suite of leading AI products encompassing dispatch, call center, pricing and discounting, membership, marketing and conversion, as well as fleet and capital efficiency.
• Establish product vision, release timelines, and success metrics.
• Convert operational challenges into product specifications, success indicators, and acceptance standards.
• Mediate scope, sequencing, and trade-offs with operations, branch, finance, and IT; oversee intake, backlog, releases, and dependencies among multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage value measurement through baselines, KPI definitions, experiment formulation, pilots, A/B testing, and benefit attribution.
• Direct pilot design, launch preparedness, and large-scale deployment around peak seasonal demand periods.
• Oversee adoption and change management, which includes training, communication, and user feedback mechanisms.
• Guide decisions regarding autonomous AI versus human-in-the-loop processes, weighing risk, accuracy, customer impact, and value.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors; assist with build-vs-buy assessments, statements of work, and contract renewals.
• Ensure responsible AI practices through explainable recommendations, human overrides, model monitoring, data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Report progress, value, and risks to executive leadership.
• Develop the AI Product function, including best practices, templates, and team structure.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, data science, platform teams, business units, and external implementation partners.
• Over 5 years of experience leading technology implementations, data-driven decision tools, or product management, with a demonstrated history of achieving results.
• Solid understanding of data and fundamental AI/ML concepts, enabling credible partnerships with data scientists and engineers.
• Proven experience owning a business case and assessing realized value post-launch.
• Proficiency in KPI design, baselines, and test-and-learn evaluation, including pilots and A/B testing.
• Preference for candidates with experience in field service, logistics, home services, or other multi-site operational sectors.
• Experience driving adoption and change management for new tools or processes within frontline or operational teams.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with operations, finance, marketing, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, field service management platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
• Exposure to generative or agentic AI tools and AI governance is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in Agile, PMO-led, or hybrid environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in leading technology implementations.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent, high-profile programs in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences, from front-line staff to C-suite executives.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Opportunity to travel as needed (approximately 1–2 times per quarter).
