This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary point of contact for adoption and change management for designated control accounts throughout each agent/tool release cycle.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, enablement workshops, and other educational activities for account teams integrating new AI agents or tools.
• Create scripts for control accounts, oversee their adoption, and evaluate the impact of agents.
• Develop and present account-specific change management materials, communications, process documentation, and quick-reference guides.
• Identify obstacles to account-level adoption and escalate actionable suggestions.
• Assist in the transition from pilot/control-group usage to a broader production-scale implementation.
• Gather feedback on usability and adoption through surveys, interviews, and observations.
• Transform feedback into actionable insights for product, implementation, and vertical leadership teams.
• Monitor and report on utilization metrics, adoption rates, and user sentiment.
• Suggest enhancements to training materials, rollout strategies, and tool configurations.
• Foster relationships with account leaders, key users, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate timelines for releases, feature updates, and adoption milestones.
• Organize regular touchpoints with account teams.
• Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and enablement functions to prioritize rollout efforts and success criteria.
• Maintain adoption dashboards and tracking systems.
• Ensure effective handoff and knowledge transfer as accounts transition to full deployment.
• Work alongside Technology Advisory operations teams to align AI tool adoption with service delivery processes.
• Contribute to the development of scalable adoption playbooks and best practices for future rollouts.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience in operations and the operationalization of technology, transitioning tools, platforms, or processes from pilot to scaled, production use.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in designing and delivering training and enablement programs for technical tools or process modifications.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, synthesize, and act on user feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Experience in tracking adoption metrics, utilization data, and user sentiment.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities and tools may change rapidly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience with AI, machine learning, or automation tool rollouts.
• Preferred: familiarity with workplace technology platforms such as Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and workflow automation.
• Preferred: background in commercial real estate, corporate services, or workplace consulting.
• Preferred: knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin models.
• Preferred: experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Preferred: project management or agile methodology experience.
