This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary point of contact for adoption and change management for designated control accounts throughout each agent/tool release cycle.
• Lead interactive training, enablement sessions, and workshops for account teams adopting new AI agents or tools.
• Create scripts for control accounts, track script adoption, and assess agent effectiveness.
• Design and provide customized change management materials, communications, process documentation, and quick-reference guides.
• Identify barriers to account-level adoption and escalate actionable recommendations.
• Assist in transitioning from pilot/control-group usage to broader production-scale deployment.
• Gather usability and adoption feedback through surveys, interviews, and observations.
• Transform feedback into insights for product, implementation, and vertical leadership teams.
• Monitor and report on utilization metrics, adoption rates, and user sentiments.
• Suggest enhancements to training content, rollout processes, and tool configurations.
• Build connections with account leaders, key users, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate release timelines, feature updates, and adoption milestones effectively.
• Facilitate regular check-ins with account teams.
• Collaborate with vertical leadership, product teams, and enablement functions.
• Maintain dashboards and tracking systems for adoption metrics.
• Ensure seamless handoff and knowledge transfer as accounts transition to full deployment.
• Work alongside Technology Advisory operations teams.
• Support the development of scalable adoption playbooks and best practices for future rollouts.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience in operations and technology operationalization, transitioning tools, platforms, or processes from pilot to scaled production use.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Background in designing and delivering training and enablement programs for technical tools or process changes.
• Demonstrated capability to gather, synthesize, and act on user feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Experience in monitoring adoption metrics, utilization data, and user sentiment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple accounts and workstreams concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
