Senior Manager – AFH Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and comprehensive execution of the HEINZ Remix initiative

• Expand the upcoming rollout of HEINZ Remix machines in Away From Home environments

• Manage a team responsible for the operational framework and market-entry strategy

• Formulate and implement strategic plans aimed at fostering business growth

• Encourage innovation and create solutions to streamline complex challenges

• Partner with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients to provide equipment solutions

• Propel business results through decisions driven by data insights

• Analyze data, uncover insights, and generate actionable recommendations

• Navigate through ambiguity and uncertainty to surmount challenges and reach objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred

• Candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered

• Demonstrated success in managing teams, leading projects, and fostering business growth through innovation and strategic initiatives

• Capacity to think strategically, simplify intricate challenges, and offer long-term guidance

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in influencing decisions and achieving favorable business results

• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

• Strong analytical aptitude, including data interpretation, insight identification, and recommendation development

• Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible, with a proven record of accomplishing goals and driving business outcomes

• Willingness to travel approximately 35% is mandatory
