This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create machine learning solutions tailored for customer-focused initiatives and company products.

• Coordinate intricate data processes and agentic workflows.

• Contribute to the development of Chariot, Striveworks’ proprietary AI operations platform.

• Collaborate with models, agents, tools, and workflows to construct robust and effective AI systems.

• Evaluate and enhance the performance and usability of AI systems.

• Engage directly with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps engineers.

• Provide insights for platform enhancements and broaden the company’s capabilities.

• Assist in mission-critical deployments through direct interaction with clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field, along with 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in delivering data-centric systems, encompassing data engineering, data cleaning, ETL pipelines, machine learning, and production analytics.

• Expertise in designing, building, assessing, and optimizing LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows.

• Experience in integrating AI systems with external tools, APIs, MCP servers, and enterprise data sources.

• Background in developing evaluation methodologies and frameworks to assess agent performance, reliability, and safety.

• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool utilization, planning, and multi-agent architectures.

• Proficiency in machine learning programming languages and libraries; strong expertise in Python is required, along with familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or scikit-learn.

• Solid grounding in software engineering principles, including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

• Competence in at least one systems programming language, such as Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Scala.

• Familiarity with contemporary software engineering tools and processes, including Agile methodologies, version control, issue tracking, CI/CD, and debugging.

• US citizenship with the eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a Secret US security clearance.
