Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a Machine Learning Engineer tasked with industrializing the foundational model of a Voice of the Customer (VoC) platform.

• Convert models created in notebooks into production-ready, scalable, and parameterized pipelines on AWS.

• Implement the MLOps lifecycle to ensure proper model versioning, reproducibility, and governance.

• Create training and inference pipelines utilizing SageMaker.

• Conduct statistical validation to confirm score parity between the existing model and the one transitioned to production.

• Play a key role in advancing the VoC platform, which consolidates data from various channels to derive business insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Python in a production setting.

• Proficiency in PyTorch and development of Machine Learning models.

• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, covering Jobs, Pipelines, Model Registry, and GPU.

• Background in MLOps, encompassing model and experiment versioning and reproducibility.

• Understanding of statistical validation and model comparison techniques.

• Preferred: experience with PyTorch Geometric and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs).

• Knowledge of NetworkX, scikit-learn, and FAISS.

• Experience in explaining Machine Learning models.
