Senior M365 Platform Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Manage and engineer SaaS software solutions, focusing on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation within the GCC High environment.

• Provide support for Microsoft 365, which includes Office applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview DLP, and Copilot.

• Address user tickets and incidents efficiently.

• Create and develop solutions for applications as use cases and capabilities progress.

• Organize tasks and schedules, prioritize deliverables, and liaise with stakeholders.

• Enhance deployment workflows and improve efficiency utilizing DevOps delivery pipeline tools and processes.

• Work in collaboration with security, identity, and engineering teams.

• Participate in broader group initiatives, process enhancements, and the establishment of best practices across various technical domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.

• Familiarity with supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Experience with Microsoft Purview, particularly in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels.

• Background in supporting Entra and Active Directory.

• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer service abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Experience with JIRA application is a plus.

• Background in supporting Exchange Server Subscriber Edition is a bonus.

• Familiarity with Copilot and Copilot Studio is an advantage.

• Experience in working within and supporting a GCC High environment is beneficial.
