Senior Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Manage and finalize loan applications from initial setup until funding.

• Secure loan income, asset, and credit approvals within 30 days from the purchase agreement date.

• Ensure compliance with all underwriting and investor conditions and requirements.

• Request, evaluate, and analyze borrower documentation to meet underwriting standards.

• Maintain a loan pipeline focusing on customer service, quality, precision, and efficiency.

• Acquire and retain knowledge of various loan programs.

• Update loan status and details in the processing software system.

• Collect purchase agreements, escrow instructions, and final sales price confirmations to initiate appraisals.

• Stay informed about changes in investor and internal guidelines.

• Effectively communicate with borrowers, escrow/title personnel, sales agents, Loan Officers, Lennar team members, and other departments.

• Relay borrower “needs items” and approval conditions to comply with Regulation B notification standards.

• Prepare loans for closing by ensuring title work and homeowners insurance are present and reviewed.

• Handle sensitive information and documents with professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor.

• Up-to-date knowledge of closing and title requirements.

• Familiarity with loan processing and automated underwriting practices.

• Experience with Encompass is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
