Senior Living Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Train, instruct, and equip customers with resources to achieve their goals and outcomes.

• Deliver continuous training to both new and existing staff in senior living environments.

• Create training materials to enhance learning experiences.

• Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and associated training materials.

• Offer ongoing operational assistance related to housing management and compliance with regulations.

• Aid in the training, coordination, and overall project management for new senior living project launches.

• Build collaborative relationships both within the organization and externally to advance housing programs that align with industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in senior living.

• Understanding of general housing and senior living operational practices that contribute to effective management in this service area.

• Familiarity with fair housing, landlord-tenant laws, and other housing-related regulatory requirements.

• Strong management principles and philosophies related to housing with services and assisted living communities.

• General knowledge of market-rate housing and the influence of marketing strategies – including price, place, product, and promotion.

• Insight into how to incorporate the organization's mission into senior living communities.

• Ability to coordinate with various systems and subsystems to successfully accomplish tasks when required.
