πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide senior-level expertise for coastal restoration initiatives across True Environmental, offering guidance on project design, planning, and implementation.

β€’ Support expert witness testimony in federal and state legal proceedings related to coastal processes and restoration efforts.

β€’ Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to incorporate coastal restoration expertise within environmental, engineering, and regulatory service domains.

β€’ Review and authorize technical deliverables such as reports, plans, and regulatory submissions.

β€’ Prepare and evaluate expert reports, rebuttal documents, and technical memoranda for litigation and regulatory actions.

β€’ Offer technical leadership on coastal restoration challenges.

β€’ Clearly present findings to legal, regulatory, and non-technical audiences.

β€’ Propel strategic business development initiatives, encompassing major pursuits, partnerships, and emerging market opportunities.

β€’ Lead business development activities through proposal creation, scope definition, and client presentations.

β€’ Provide technical contributions to projects within specific areas of expertise.

β€’ Collaborate with other technical specialists to attain multidisciplinary project objectives.

β€’ Mentor and deliver technical training to junior and intermediate team members.

β€’ Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team culture by exemplifying company values, establishing clear expectations, and fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

β€’ Execute all other duties as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Hydrology, Geology, Coastal Science, Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related discipline.

β€’ Over 10 years of prior experience in environmental consulting and A/E/C with an emphasis on coastal restoration.

β€’ Proven experience in providing litigation support for environmental cases.

β€’ High standards of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software.

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
