This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary operational leader for HighLevel's litigation, eDiscovery, intellectual property, and brand protection initiatives.
• Oversee the daily operational support for various litigation matters.
• Organize litigation holds, legal preservation notifications, custodian tracking, document collection, production, and review coordination.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, IT, and Product teams to safeguard electronically stored information.
• Maintain litigation trackers, reporting, and documentation related to matters.
• Liaise with external counsel on litigation, subpoenas, investigations, and regulatory issues.
• Manage relationships with litigation vendors and legal service providers.
• Create standardized litigation workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee eDiscovery processes and preferred platforms, including Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Exterro, Microsoft Purview, and Logikcull.
• Administer trademark and patent portfolio management, including docketing, renewals, registrations, outside counsel coordination, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Handle DMCA takedown requests and counter-notices; assist with copyright infringement investigations and evidence preservation.
• Communicate with online platforms and service providers, tracking recurring infringement issues.
• Aid in brand protection and marketplace enforcement investigations related to infringement, counterfeit goods, unauthorized resellers, domain disputes, phishing, MAP violations, impersonation, and misuse of online brands.
• Develop scalable workflows, implement automation, create dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), enhance cross-functional collaboration, and assess legal technologies.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a paralegal or legal operations certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in Legal Operations, Litigation Support, Intellectual Property, eDiscovery, or a related legal area.
• Proven experience in supporting U.S. litigation and legal preservation requirements.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Exterro, or other comparable eDiscovery tools.
• Strong comprehension of litigation holds and eDiscovery processes.
• Experience in coordinating efforts with outside counsel.
