Senior Learning Operations Analyst, Learning Media Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate eLearning content and advanced eLearning modules.

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to complete module development.

• Employ text-to-speech audio tools to produce and synchronize narration and character audio.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on content intended for agent use.

• Design client-branded Storyline and Rise templates for agent certification.

• Analyze agent survey data and utilize Business Intelligence tools to identify and address development-related challenges.

• Investigate innovative learning methodologies, emerging technologies, and multimedia resources.

• Create advanced interactions, animations, simulations, branching scenarios, templates, and gamification elements.

• Assist with development-related concerns and offer guidance.

• Deliver training, coaching, and mentoring support.

• Recognize development-related issues and provide targeted feedback.

• Enhance learning development processes and tools.

• Assess new tools and advocate for process improvements.

• Remain informed about industry trends and integrate learning technologies.

• Mentor team members and aid in team growth.

• Collaborate on design and utilize feedback to refine content.

• Promote the adoption of new learning technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education/Educational Technology, or Design is preferred.

• At least 5 years of industry experience.

• Understanding of learning design and its visual impact on retention.

• Proficiency in learning technologies and ensuring content aligns with learner needs.

• Expertise in Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 5, and video editing software.

• Advanced skills in Storyline, particularly in triggers and variables.

• Proven experience in video editing and production.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of development software skills.

• Capability to perform quality assurance on digital media.

• Familiarity with JavaScript editing.

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

• Capacity to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer.

• Availability for virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment.
