This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee the development of marketing measurement frameworks and attribution methodologies that assess marketing's impact on pipeline, revenue, and overall business growth.
• Create and assess multi-touch attribution models, influence measurement strategies, and channel contribution frameworks to inform investment choices and optimize budgets.
• Identify gaps in measurement and propose enhancements for data collection, metadata strategies, campaign tagging, and platform integrations.
• Design and build predictive models such as response scoring, buyer propensity models, lead prioritization, audience engagement models, and lifecycle analysis.
• Utilize statistical techniques, machine learning methods, and AI-driven approaches on marketing and sales data.
• Convert analytical results into actionable recommendations that enhance conversion rates, pipeline development, audience engagement, and marketing ROI.
• Create audience segmentation frameworks that support account-based marketing, customer growth, digital engagement, and personalized campaigns.
• Examine customer, account, behavioral, technographic, and engagement data to uncover growth possibilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in advanced analytics, marketing measurement, and data science within the marketing domain.
• Assess new analytical techniques, AI capabilities, and measurement methodologies.
• Communicate analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior marketing executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership, campaign teams, digital teams, operations, sales, and data engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, revenue operations, business analytics, or similar analytical fields.
• Advanced SQL expertise with a track record of working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong skills in Python, R, or other comparable analytical and visualization tools.
• Experience in developing predictive models, scoring methodologies, segmentation frameworks, or statistical analyses for business decision-making.
• Comprehensive understanding of attribution methodologies, funnel measurement, and marketing performance assessment.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, data warehousing, and digital measurement platforms.
• Capability to independently scope, lead, and deliver intricate analytical projects from problem identification to implementation.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to automate analyses, expedite insight generation, or enhance business results.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI is preferred.
