This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage comprehensive Kyriba implementations from initial scoping and planning to design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Configure Kyriba for cash management, payments, and bank connectivity.
• Lead connectivity workstreams based on experience.
• Establish and troubleshoot SWIFT, host-to-host, EBICS, and API bank connections.
• Map formats for ISO 20022 pain and camt messages as well as legacy MT messages.
• Conduct bank onboarding, which includes account structures and testing with financial institutions.
• Address format and transmission challenges.
• Integrate Kyriba with client ERP systems and other source systems.
• Convert client treasury requirements into Kyriba configurations while providing guidance on best practices.
• Oversee implementation workstreams, managing scope, quality, timelines, and proactively identifying risks.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and client resources, keeping stakeholders informed about progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide clients with insights on treasury technology landscapes, roadmaps, and vendor selection.
• Discover new business and project opportunities in India and globally.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, client presentations, and networking efforts.
• Stay updated on Kyriba releases and share insights with the team.
• Help build the India practice through internal initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Three to six years of experience in implementing and configuring Kyriba.
• Proficient understanding of corporate treasury processes, including cash management, payments, in-house banking, payment factory structures, and bank connectivity.
• Familiarity with related tools such as SWIFT, trading portals, and market data providers.
• Experience in leading a workstream on implementation projects.
• Ability to work directly with clients to resolve complex issues.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment and across different time zones.
• Business-fluent English language skills.
• Practical experience with Kyriba's connectivity module is advantageous.
• Experience with bank connectivity, including SWIFT service bureau operations, host-to-host or EBICS configurations, ISO 20022 migration projects, or connectivity within another treasury system or ERP, is beneficial.
• Kyriba certification is a plus.
• Experience in implementing payment factory or in-house bank structures is favorable.
• Background in a consulting setting is considered advantageous.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Pre-Employment Screening (PES) by a third party is part of the application process.
