Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Join Stefanini as a Senior Java Developer, a technology firm dedicated to crafting innovative solutions that merge technology, artificial intelligence, and human creativity.

• Engage in project development utilizing Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Collaborate with AWS cloud computing services.

• Create and utilize RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Establish and uphold CI/CD pipelines.

• Work with Docker containers and manage orchestration using Kubernetes.

• Architect scalable, resilient, and observable microservices solutions.

• Implement messaging systems and architectural design patterns.

• Write object-oriented code and develop automated tests employing JUnit and Mockito.

• Participate in intelligent interviews, behavioral evaluations, and client discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Java SE/EE.

• Proficient with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.

• Skilled in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with Sensedia API Management.

• Competence in creating automated pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

• Experience with continuous integration practices in cloud environments.

• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).

• Knowledgeable in microservices architecture emphasizing scalability, resilience, and observability.

• Experience with Kafka and SQS messaging systems.

• Understanding of Circuit Breaker and Service Discovery patterns.

• Familiarity with scalable architecture, IAM security, and Terraform automation is advantageous.

• Proficient in object-oriented programming.

• Experienced in automated testing with JUnit and Mockito.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
