📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the next generation SaaS platform for the client, utilizing AI to enhance customer service within the Contact Center.

• Design, create, and maintain microservices that are highly available, scalable, and reliable.

• Utilize cloud computing, software technologies, and open-source tools to address complex challenges within the platform.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of current systems and aid in their design and modernization.

• Offer production support by troubleshooting and thoroughly investigating the software stack.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a high-performing team setting, showcasing ownership and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software development using Java with Spring Boot.

• More than 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable).

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Demonstrated ability to design and build applications that are highly available and scalable.

• Strong grasp of cloud design principles, virtualization, distributed systems, load balancing, networking, event processing, large-scale data storage, and security measures.

• Practical experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, App Engine, and Cloud SQL.

• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery practices, encompassing development, testing, deployment, and management on GCP.
