📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the next generation of the client’s SaaS platform, utilizing AI to enhance customer service within the Contact Center.

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices that are highly available, scalable, and reliable.

• Utilize cloud computing, software technologies, and open-source tools to address complex challenges on the platform.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of existing systems and actively participate in their design and modernization efforts.

• Provide production support through troubleshooting and thorough analysis of the software stack.

• Collaborate with colleagues in a high-performing team setting, showcasing ownership and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of software development experience in Java with Spring Boot.

• More than 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms; GCP is preferred while AWS or Azure are acceptable.

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Demonstrated ability in designing and constructing highly available, scalable applications.

• Strong comprehension of cloud design principles, virtualization, distributed systems, load balancing, networking, event processing, large-scale data storage, and security.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is desirable.

• Practical experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, App Engine, and Cloud SQL is a plus.

• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery practices, encompassing development, testing, deployment, and management on GCP is advantageous.
