Senior Java Back-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create Java solutions utilizing object-oriented programming principles and implementing design patterns.

• Build REST applications and services.

• Employ software architecture principles along with best development practices.

• Utilize Kubernetes and Spring Cloud for the development and support of solutions.

• Execute integrations with Kafka.

• Incorporate concepts related to unit testing, microservices, and distributed architecture.

• Implement business rules based on requirements and the defined solution.

• Connect the application with other systems or data sources.

• Manage information conveyed through the solution.

• Ensure data is accessible for front-end usage.

• Produce high-quality code that adheres to technical and security standards, as well as development best practices.

• Proficiency in Java.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

• Knowledge and practical experience with design patterns.

• Experience in developing REST applications and services.

• Understanding of software architecture and best development practices.

• Knowledge of unit testing, microservices, and distributed architecture.

• Experience with Kubernetes and Spring Cloud.

• Proven experience in implementing Kafka integrations.

• Background in secure software development.

• Experience in collaborative product development.

• Preferred: understanding of relational and non-relational databases (NoSQL).

• Preferred: knowledge of event-driven architecture.

• Preferred: familiarity with Spring WebFlux.

• Preferred: knowledge of continuous integration and automation practices.
