Senior IT Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce Administrators, delegating tasks and encouraging teamwork.

• Spearhead the planning, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce customizations, which include custom objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

• Supervise the complete technical delivery process with internal business partners and external system integrators.

• Address daily Salesforce user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.

• Manage projects that affect Salesforce or the flow of Salesforce data.

• Advocate for Salesforce best practices, automation, and creative solutions.

• Oversee external vendors and implementation partners.

• Collect requirements and provide Salesforce solutions in collaboration with cross-department stakeholders.

• Manage Salesforce integrations with services including HubSpot, Crossbeam, Outreach, Responsive, Pendo, Workato, ZoomInfo, RingLead, and others.

• Utilize AI to enhance efficiency, productivity, and the delivery of value.

• Direct the strategy and execution of changes and advancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Design and adjust data flows between Salesforce and associated systems.

• Support Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience with Salesforce or enterprise systems.

• Certified Salesforce Administrator.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, system dependability, and compliance.

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes.

• Familiarity with project management principles.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
