Senior IT Solution Architect, Access Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute enterprise-level Identity Governance and Administration solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud with ServiceNow as the user interface.

• Establish IAM architecture, standards, and best practices that are in line with security and compliance mandates.

• Produce both high-level and detailed solution designs, including architecture diagrams and implementation strategies.

• Convert business needs into technical solutions using SailPoint.

• Oversee SailPoint implementation projects from the design phase to deployment.

• Architect and manage integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, Fieldglass, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, O365, and various other enterprise systems.

• Create workflows for provisioning and de-provisioning access.

• Set up access certifications, manage lifecycle events, oversee role management, address policy violations, and ensure segregation of duties.

• Offer technical leadership and direction to IAM engineers, developers, and administrators.

• Perform architecture and design evaluations.

• Develop governance processes for managing identity lifecycles.

• Facilitate client workshops and gather requirements effectively.

• Guide team members and advocate for IAM best practices.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to GxP and SOX compliance requirements.

• Implement security measures, risk mitigation strategies, and auditing protocols.

• Assist with both internal and external identity management audits.

• Collaborate with business units, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application teams.

• Present architectural proposals to senior management and clients.

• Manage technical risks and project dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of comprehensive IT experience.

• At least 6 years of practical experience with SailPoint.

• Minimum of 3 years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect position.

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale IAM transformation initiatives.

• Proficiency in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

• Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Experience in access certification and compliance management.

• Skilled in provisioning and lifecycle management.

• Experience with application onboarding processes.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, and LDAP.

• Proficient with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.

• Expertise in Java, BeanShell, and SailPoint rule development.

• Experience with cloud service platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration.

• Preferred: Certification as a SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer.
