Senior IT Services Operations Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee field technical teams

• Assist in operations involving structured cabling, fiber-optic systems, rack assembly, and data center infrastructure initiatives

• Create technical proposals and offerings

• Deliver presentations and advocate for technical solutions to clients

• Act as a technical and leadership resource for both operations and clients

• Collaborate on the certification of copper and fiber-optic links

• Provide support for managed IT services operations, cloud solutions, and on-premises infrastructure

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level experience in supervising cabling and infrastructure teams

• Comprehensive understanding of ANSI/TIA, ISO/IEC, and ABNT standards

• Experience in working at elevated heights, including platforms, scaffolding, and ladders

• Willingness to travel and deliver services across multiple states

• Required Class B driver's license, with the ability to drive for local travel and business trips

• Technical diploma or equivalent technical education

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

• Proficient knowledge of structured cabling and IT infrastructure

• Familiarity with fiber optics, fusion splicing, and the operation of OTDR equipment

• Experience in certifying copper and fiber-optic links

• Understanding of applicable technical standards within the industry
