📋 Description

• Consultants are engaged through a consulting organization and are generally included as part of a fixed-rate project.

• The consulting firm or organization commits to written engagement terms outlined in a Master Services Agreement (MSA).

• The MSA details the work scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment timeline.

• Consultants may work on-site or remotely and are responsible for managing their work product delivery and schedule per the agreement.

• Work equipment and supplies are supplied by the consulting firm or organization, not the Company.
