Senior IT Governance Analyst – Processes, Projects and Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance IT Governance processes to foster organization, standardization, predictability, and alignment between technology and business strategies.

• Oversee the portfolio of strategic projects, serving as PMO to track schedules, risks, dependencies, priorities, capacity, and metrics.

• Lead demand management efforts and maintain an updated IT roadmap.

• Assist with the strategic planning of the area by providing analyses, metrics, and recommendations.

• Prepare and oversee the IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX), managing costs, contracts, suppliers, and service levels.

• Organize and facilitate executive committees and governance forums.

• Define, track, and analyze KPIs and dashboards utilizing Power BI and Advanced Excel.

• Promote the enhancement of IT Governance, ITSM, and Project Management practices.

• Utilize Jira, Monday, ServiceNow, or comparable tools to manage demands, projects, metrics, and deliverables.

• Support LGPD initiatives and, where relevant, ISO 27701.

• Consult with business and technology departments, leading meetings, negotiating priorities, resolving conflicts, and influencing decisions.

• Ensure the organization, traceability, and updating of IT Governance documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

• Proficient in Advanced Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and consolidation.

• Knowledge of COBIT for implementing best practices in IT Governance and strategic alignment.

• Familiarity with ITIL, emphasizing IT service management and continuous improvement.

• Experience in Project Management (PMBOK/Agile).

• Proficient in Power BI for creating and analyzing dashboards and management metrics.

• Knowledge of LGPD and ISO 27701 (Preferred), focusing on data privacy and compliance.

• Ability to influence others without formal authority.

• Strong executive communication skills.

• Systemic and holistic perspective with the ability to lead meetings.

• 5–10 years of professional experience.
