ESG Governance and Transparency Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Propel the company's performance in global sustainability evaluations.

• Assist in analyzing the financial visibility of ESG initiatives.

• Facilitate communication and transparency efforts associated with the ESG agenda.

• Oversee the annual performance review, mapping, and gap-closing activities for sustainability indices and assessments.

• Enhance the maturity of the internal ESG ROI methodology for evaluating the financial returns of social and environmental projects.

• Aid in the creation and implementation of the ESG communications strategy, linking governance deliverables to the company’s long-term vision.

• Engage and mobilize internal stakeholders to provide data, implement action plans, and adopt financial-environmental methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a related field.

• Substantial experience with the submission, gap analysis, and management of the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA / DJSI).

• Familiarity with GRI, SASB, TCFD/ISSB, and CSRD is advantageous.

• Experience in financial modeling, economic valuation of social and environmental impacts, and ROI assessment applied to ESG initiatives.

• Proven experience in leading corporate governance and social and environmental reporting processes.

• Expertise in coordinating corporate communications strategies and developing ESG data storytelling aligned with the long-term strategy.

• Knowledge of ESG data management software or platforms.

• Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level.
