This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Engage as a member of a service delivery team in client technology upgrades and projects, encompassing cloud migrations, comprehensive network upgrades, network infrastructure design, and the implementation of GSuite/Office 365/Azure/AWS/Dropbox, along with the adoption of new products.
• Attend regular meetings with network/server engineers and helpdesk technicians to address issues, technologies, case studies, roadblocks, and unresolved incidents.
• Collaborate with IT Support Specialists and IT Managers to relay issues, project milestones, and suggestions to client management.
• Investigate, test, and create solutions for corporate IT and clients.
• Take part in sales and strategy discussions with current and prospective clients.
• Contribute to knowledge management and formulate maintenance policies for each client.
• Monitor and react to alerts generated by the automated network monitoring system.
• Engage in departmental meetings, resource allocation, and coordination of engineering activities.
• Collaborate with IT Managers to foster innovation for end users.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client service environments.
• Capability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to plan and execute project timelines and deliverables.
• Strong comprehension of TCP/IP networking protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Workstation operating systems, Exchange, IIS, SQL, terminal server, Xen/VMware or similar virtualization technologies, Google Apps, Dropbox, and Citrix.
• Experience managing over 30 servers, along with monitoring systems, helpdesk systems, and system efficiencies.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Enthusiasm for enhancing technology solutions.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks across clients, industries, and technologies while upholding professionalism and composure.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing technical support or management position.
• Engaging and challenging consulting roles without the need for overnight or long-distance travel.
