Senior IT Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers, and IT Business Partners to gather requirements and convert them into detailed design specifications.

• Contribute to the establishment of standards, methods, features, and logic for software that has a minor impact on business operations.

• Engage in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle on moderately complex projects.

• Implement moderately complex code while working alongside team members to maintain consistency and quality.

• Document software design and collaborate with IT Functional & Process Designers to develop solutions that adhere to architectural standards.

• Execute the established development roadmap.

• Foster a development culture that emphasizes innovation, creativity, high quality, predictability, and reliability.

• Offer informal guidance to new team members as necessary.

• Possess a working knowledge of your discipline and a foundational understanding of concepts and procedures in related fields.

• Familiarity with the company’s processes and customer base.

• Capability to perform tasks relevant to the discipline.

• Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues using established guidelines or policies.

• Basic understanding of software development, including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in implementing moderately complex code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.

• Skill in creating software design documentation and collaborating with IT Functional & Process Designers.

• Ability to work with moderate guidance and direction.

• Capacity to communicate factual, sometimes complex and dynamic information clearly in straightforward scenarios.
