📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects within the Data Domain from initiation to completion.

• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.

• Coordinate efforts among Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of agreed-upon outcomes.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies across various workstreams.

• Support project governance, reporting, and status communication.

• Identify project risks and obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies.

• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.

• Assist with upcoming project demands across the broader Data portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects from start to finish in complex global organizations.

• Practical project management experience involving requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams comprising Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

• Proven capability to manage the end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

• Familiarity with enterprise reporting and analytics.

• A delivery-oriented mindset.

• Experience in the Pharma industry is essential.

• Candidates must be located in Europe.

• Legal authorization to work in their country of residence is required.
