📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects within the Data Domain from conception to completion.

• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.

• Coordinate efforts among Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.

• Organize project meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress to ensure timely achievement of agreed outcomes.

• Handle cross-functional dependencies across various workstreams.

• Support project governance, reporting, and communication of status updates.

• Identify risks and blockers within projects and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that technical delivery aligns with business requirements.

• Assist with future project demands across the broader Data portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects from start to finish in intricate global settings.

• Practical project management experience, including requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance standards.

• Proven capability to manage the complete delivery of data transformation initiatives, encompassing roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

• Familiarity with enterprise reporting and analytics.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Experience in the Pharma industry is essential.

• Must be located in Europe.

• Legal authorization to work in the country of residence is required.
