This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the expansion and advancement of EAL’s Building Services Engineering portfolio.
• Formulate commercial growth strategies leveraging industry expertise and stakeholder connections.
• Collaborate with Product and other teams to develop a forward-thinking portfolio.
• Utilize insights from customers, competitors, and the market to create commercially viable products.
• Prepare business cases and assess portfolio performance.
• Establish and nurture relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.
• Gather insights, test new products, and ensure portfolio relevance and competitiveness.
• Oversee the financial performance of the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Keep abreast of regulatory, industry, and government policy changes.
• Lead and mentor Building Services Engineering Technical Advisors.
• Ensure consistently high-quality delivery for centers and employers.
• Extensive knowledge of the Building Services Engineering industry acquired through direct sector employment.
• Familiarity with the apprenticeship, further education, higher education, and commercial landscape.
• Understanding of how technical learning is delivered in further education settings.
• Experience in developing and executing industry strategies.
• Proven track record of cultivating productive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in leading remote teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Knowledge of vocational assessment principles and practices.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership teams.
• Ability to foster positive relationships at all organizational levels.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must reside in England, Scotland, or Wales.
• Unable to assist with UK relocation or sponsor a visa for this position.
