Senior Implementation Manager, MSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of MSP implementations from start to finish once a contract is verbally finalized.

• Facilitate coordination among CHG divisions and Locumsmart leadership throughout the kickoff and ongoing delivery phases.

• Collaborate with clients to develop implementation project plans and ensure their effective execution.

• Communicate milestones and program progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Identify issues when implementations deviate from the plan and highlight successful strategies for replication.

• Guide internal stakeholders and hold them accountable for adhering to implementation plans.

• Act as the primary client contact for collecting MSP implementation requirements.

• Define the overall implementation process and secure client approval.

• Travel as necessary to assist with client implementations.

• Monitor vendor outreach conducted by Locumsmart and connect vendors with the MSP Account Management team.

• Ensure compliance with Sub-Vendor Agreements, including tiering strategies and dispute-resolution protocols.

• Confirm that Account Management teams create Job Requisition Approval Chains and Candidate Profile Auditing SOPs.

• Validate that client data is properly set up, transferred, and ready for go-live.

• Collaborate with Locumsmart to facilitate technology adoption.

• Provide brief support to clients post go-live and ensure a smooth transition to ECS Account Management.

• Augment implementation efforts with Operational Strategy projects as capacity permits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare staffing, locum tenens, or MSP/VMS operations is preferred over a general technical or SaaS project management background.

• Familiarity with VMS/contingent workforce platforms, preferably Locumsmart.

• Basic understanding of contracts, capable of interpreting and operationalizing Master Services Agreements and Sub-Vendor Agreements.

• Desired background in implementation and/or program management.

• Required experience in client-facing roles.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives to successful completion.

• Experience in planning and executing projects or programs with specific delivery examples.

• A minimum of 5 years in program/project management, client implementation, or account management, ideally in healthcare staffing, VMS, or MSP settings.

• A college degree is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 25% or more based on client needs and requests.
