Clinical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide expert consultation, evaluation, research, and analytical support for the Implementation Science Support Services program.

• Evaluate healthcare programs and assess the outcomes of their implementation.

• Integrate scientific evidence and offer strategic recommendations to enhance healthcare delivery, preparedness, and patient results.

• Work in partnership with government stakeholders, clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Assist in consultation projects and enterprise-wide implementation science initiatives.

• Share subject matter expertise to foster organizational growth, develop solutions, and identify future health program opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting federal health systems.

• Proven experience in conducting health services research, program evaluation, assessment, and strategic analysis.

• Skilled in synthesizing scientific evidence and converting findings into actionable recommendations.

• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and aiding complex healthcare initiatives.

• Candidates in the US must possess work authorization that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Bonus: Experience in Program Management and/or relevant certification.

• Bonus: Experience in Change Management and/or relevant certification.

• Bonus: Background in supporting the Military Health System, Department of Defense, or other federal healthcare programs.

• Bonus: Experience in supporting implementation science, dissemination science, healthcare innovation, or evidence-based practice initiatives.
