Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all implementation activities, including weekly meetings, training sessions, and go-live responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with customer stakeholders

• Travel as required to visit and train customers

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones

• Assist in managing project scope and objectives, ensuring stakeholders remain on schedule

• Adhere to the established project plan and implementation standards

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of window covering products, pricing, and order-to-production workflows to facilitate customer setup and configuration

• Propose enhancements to company-defined processes

• Communicate any proposed changes to project scope and timelines to management

• Report and escalate project risks to management

• Aid in testing development items and project deliverables

• Develop internal and client-facing documentation, including release notes, knowledge base articles, and training videos

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS applications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with SaaS software implementations

• Strong project management skills

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Highly organized and detail-focused

• Understanding of technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions

• Experience in the window treatment/coverings industry, manufacturing, or ERP/production software is advantageous

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and training as necessary
