Senior Enterprise Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all implementation activities, which include weekly meetings, training sessions, and go-live responsibilities, across Print Vertical business sectors and products.

• Direct intricate and high-value implementations, taking charge of scope, timelines, and stakeholder management independently.

• Enable customers to go live swiftly and accurately, promoting the use of the product's complete range of features.

• Establish connections with customer stakeholders, including contacts at the executive level.

• Travel to customer sites for training, consultative engagements, and go-live assistance several times a year, potentially up to 40% of the time.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource on print, mail, and sign industry operations, and how Print Vertical business units and products integrate.

• Serve as an escalation point for Implementation Specialists while mentoring and coaching team members.

• Ensure timely project delivery and keep stakeholders aligned with schedules.

• Adhere to and assist in refining project plans and implementation standards.

• Propose and promote enhancements to cross-business-unit implementation processes.

• Communicate proposed adjustments to project scope and timelines to management.

• Identify and escalate project risks to management.

• Assist in testing development items and project deliverables.

• Produce internal and client-facing documentation, including release notes, knowledge base articles, and training videos.

• Coordinate between business units to standardize implementation quality and exchange best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in implementing SaaS software, with exposure to multiple products or platforms.

• More than 10 years of project management experience leading software implementations, demonstrating a successful track record of managing several complex projects simultaneously.

• At least 5 years of experience in the print, mail, and/or sign industry, with a solid understanding of how print business operations (MIS, web-to-print, estimating, production, etc.) interconnect.

• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS applications, ideally involving MIS and/or web-to-print systems.

• Willingness and capability to travel to customer locations multiple times annually, with travel up to 40%.

• Proven capability to mentor, coach, and act as an escalation point for other Implementation Specialists.

• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present to and advise customer executives; highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong comprehension of technical concepts to offer guidance and solutions across various platforms.

• Experience collaborating across multiple business units, product lines, or within a matrixed organization is highly advantageous.

• Action-oriented and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a strong focus on collaboration, customer satisfaction, emotional intelligence, intellectual capability, quick learning, problem-solving, results-driven mindset, cross-functional fluency, leadership and mentoring skills, and executive presence.
