Senior Implementation Associate, Financial Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of either a significant component of a larger financial implementation that involves multiple entities, structures, or workflows, or manage a complete, single-entity implementation from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Independently identify edge cases and propose solutions instead of escalating each issue for direction.

• Provide direction to Associates on specific tasks.

• Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Highlight issues discovered during testing and implementation phases.

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot financial software and implementation workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.

• Over 1 year of experience in the private funds sector, serving as a fund accountant, private funds operations professional, or implementation specialist at a fund administrator, fund manager, or fund management software provider.

• Proven ability to manage large, complex data sets comfortably.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Fluent in written and spoken English (B2+), with strong communication skills for daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing, configuring, or launching software, systems, or operational processes, preferably with SaaS or cloud-based platforms.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to create or support automations.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows, priorities, and tools.

• Strong working knowledge of private fund structures and calculations.

• CPA or equivalent experience.
