Senior II Microsoft Infrastructure Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and improve Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace setups, ensuring security, availability, and governance.

• Manage identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and Access Reviews.

• Administer corporate devices utilizing Microsoft Intune, MDM, and MAM across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android platforms.

• Deploy and manage Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise.

• Engage in the transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, which includes migrating Google Drive content to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

• Design and manage SharePoint Online, including sites, libraries, permissions, external sharing, and retention policies.

• Implement and manage DLP policies using Microsoft Purview.

• Review and enforce endpoint security policies, including BitLocker, FileVault, Microsoft Defender, and device updates.

• Contribute to the implementation of FortiSASE and the enhancement of corporate access and security controls.

• Develop processes for device provisioning, image deployment, and workstation standardization.

• Provide N2/N3 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.

• Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including inventory, licensing, and device management.

• Diagnose connectivity issues related to VPN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and corporate networks.

• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

• Create technical documentation, standard operating procedures, runbooks, and improve support processes.

• Offer technical mentorship to junior professionals, contributing to the team's development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments.

• Practical experience in managing identities, groups, permissions, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access policies.

• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Intune, including device management, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security.

• Experience with managing devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, and Android Enterprise.

• Experience in administering and governing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Google Drive.

• Familiarity with access granting, review, and revocation processes.

• Experience in providing N2/N3 technical support and addressing complex incidents.

• Knowledge of endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, and corporate policies.

• Experience in establishing support processes and managing IT assets.

• Proficiency in automating tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

• Advanced knowledge of networking and troubleshooting aspects concerning TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and connectivity.

• Familiarity with ITSM, monitoring, and technical documentation tools.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Miro.

• Microsoft certifications like MD-102, SC-300, MS-102, or equivalent are advantageous.

• Experience with migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, and information classification is beneficial.

• Experience in financial institutions, energy sector companies, or regulated environments is advantageous.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS standards is a plus.
