Senior IAM, Identity Governance Analyst – Construction Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate identity, application, role, entitlement, and access information

• Conduct IAM/GRC risk assessments to detect excessive or inappropriate access

• Implement the Principle of Least Privilege and RBAC principles in access decisions

• Review and assess user profiles and access behaviors utilizing IAM/IGA platforms

• Assist in application inventory and pinpoint applications that require SSO/Okta integration

• Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders to gather information and drive remediation efforts

• Analyze and assess legacy OAuth applications within Google Workspace

• Document findings, recommendations, access profiles, and remediation strategies

• Coordinate with technical teams tasked with executing configuration changes

• Support IAM governance initiatives and establish consistent processes for access reviews and remediation

• Potentially assist with light automation/data analysis as needed

• Provide support to client IAM and security teams in various identity and access management projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in IAM / Identity Governance / Access Management

• Familiarity with Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Lumos, or similar IAM/IGA platforms

• Background in IAM/GRC risk assessment

• Strong understanding of RBAC, entitlements, access reviews, SSO, identity lifecycle, and the Principle of Least Privilege

• Experience collaborating with application owners and business stakeholders

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities

• Based in Latam

• Proficient in English
