Risk Control Product Consulting Director, Fire and Special Hazards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and enhancement of Risk Control strategies that contribute positively to profitability and the objectives of the Global Property Organization.

• Foster collaborations with leaders in Technology, Manufacturing, Life Science, and Small Business sectors.

• Develop and sustain technical guidance for risk assessment related to fire, special hazards, and human element programs.

• Ensure alignment of strategies with organizational objectives, codes, and standards.

• Act as a strategic ally to Marketing and Client Service leadership and their teams.

• Create tailored deliverables and evaluate risk control strengths and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Property Learning and Development and Quality Assurance to enhance organizational learning, development, mentorship, and industry knowledge.

• Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external business partners.

• Cultivate new industry connections and establish a reputation as an expert among Risk Control personnel, CNA, and industry affiliates.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional technical proficiency in a Risk Control product line, industry, risk control program, or specialty area.

• In-depth knowledge of fire protection and special hazards.

• Capability to formulate specialized risk management strategies for fire and special hazards.

• Familiarity with risk assessment technical guidance, relevant codes, and standards.

• Proficiency in analyzing risk control strengths and vulnerabilities.

• Experience in developing and sustaining business relationships both internally and externally.

• Ability to facilitate organizational learning, development, mentorship, and the advancement of industry expertise.

• Scope of responsibility may include the United States or be global, combined with a Risk Control product or industry.
