Senior IAM, Identity Governance Analyst – Construction Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of identity, application, role, entitlement, and access data.

• Execute IAM/GRC risk assessments to identify excessive or inappropriate access levels.

• Implement the Principle of Least Privilege and RBAC principles in access decision-making.

• Review and assess user profiles and access behaviors utilizing IAM/IGA platforms.

• Assist in maintaining an application inventory and determine applications that require SSO/Okta integration.

• Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders to gather information and facilitate remediation efforts.

• Triage and evaluate legacy OAuth applications within the Google Workspace environment.

• Document findings, provide recommendations, outline access profiles, and detail remediation actions.

• Coordinate with technical teams responsible for executing configuration changes.

• Aid IAM governance processes and contribute to the establishment of repeatable access review and remediation processes.

• Potentially assist with light automation and data analysis as necessary.

• Support a client that offers construction management software encompassing projects, financials, resources, and collaboration throughout the construction lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in IAM / Identity Governance / Access Management.

• Familiarity with Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Lumos, or a similar IAM/IGA platform.

• Experience in performing IAM/GRC risk assessments.

• Strong understanding of RBAC, entitlements, access reviews, SSO, identity lifecycle, and the Principle of Least Privilege.

• Proven experience collaborating with application owners and business stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Must be located in Latam.

• Proficient in English.
