This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Examine identity, application, role, entitlement, and access data.
• Conduct IAM/GRC risk assessments to identify excessive or inappropriate access.
• Implement the Principle of Least Privilege and RBAC principles in access decision-making.
• Review and evaluate user profiles and access patterns utilizing IAM/IGA platforms.
• Assist in application inventory and pinpoint applications that need SSO/Okta integration.
• Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders to gather information and facilitate remediation.
• Assess and analyze legacy OAuth applications within Google Workspace.
• Document findings, recommendations, access profiles, and remediation measures.
• Coordinate with technical teams tasked with implementing configuration modifications.
• Aid IAM governance processes and contribute to establishing repeatable procedures for access reviews and remediation.
• Potentially assist with light automation and data analysis as needed.
• Experience in IAM / Identity Governance / Access Management.
• Familiarity with Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Lumos, or a similar IAM/IGA platform.
• Background in IAM/GRC risk assessment.
• Comprehensive understanding of RBAC, entitlements, access reviews, SSO, identity lifecycle, and the Principle of Least Privilege.
• Experience collaborating with application owners and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
