Senior HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems.

• Work with HVAC applications in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings.

• Complete various home repair tasks as assigned.

• Diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment.

• Manage intermediate HVAC service challenges independently.

• Execute projects and assigned duties promptly.

• Foster positive customer experiences.

• Identify and fulfill additional tasks necessary for service calls.

• Maintain inventory for the service vehicle.

• Participate in service and safety meetings.

• Travel to multiple service locations daily.

• Organize and oversee repairs and routine maintenance for the company service vehicle.

• Support other Service Technicians with inquiries and troubleshooting.

• Complete warranty parts processing documentation.

• Perform other assigned duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent certification.

• At least 4 years of prior experience in HVAC.

• Valid state Driver’s License and auto insurance coverage.

• Must pass an MVR check to operate a company vehicle.

• Capability to climb ladders and access attic and roof areas.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs; and lift over 75 lbs with assistance.
