Senior HSE Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure that construction projects adhere to health and safety regulations by conducting regular site inspections and audits.

• Design and execute workplace safety programs, emergency response plans, and construction safety protocols.

• Develop and facilitate health and safety training initiatives, including orientation sessions for new hires.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and safety meetings on construction sites.

• Investigate safety reports from job sites and lead assessments of incidents and injuries.

• Suggest corrective measures and oversee their implementation.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and other pertinent safety regulations and standards.

• Maintain documentation related to safety, including reports, permits, and compliance records.

• Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all sites.

• Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and stakeholders on issues related to risk management and safety.

• Identify and implement enhancements to health and safety practices.

• Assist the site safety manager with the implementation and reporting of safety measures.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in technology with skills in database management.

• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and written abilities.

• Awareness of safety, security, and control measures.

• Capability to assist the site safety manager with the execution and reporting of safety conditions.
