Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in enhancements to HR technology, focusing on prioritization, research, resolution, change management, and issue tracking.

• Deliver comprehensive functional support for Workday and its HR modules, including HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent Management, Report Writer, Integration Management, and Security Administration.

• Develop and manage the Workday security architecture and governance framework.

• Provide project management skills to support HR initiatives related to integrations, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.

• Act as the HR technology liaison collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to design Workday business processes, ensuring data integrity and security requirements are met.

• Serve as the subject matter expert to enhance Optiv’s HR technology solutions and streamline operations.

• Facilitate testing, manage change, and configure system enhancements for upgrades and configurations.

• Design and propose process improvements and innovative solutions.

• Handle escalated issues in coordination with internal teams and vendors.

• Sustain an effective and scalable internal control environment for Workday, encompassing SOX, ITGC, and application controls.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience in HR systems support and testing is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Workday is essential.

• Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures related to Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, or Learning is needed.

• Intermediate analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are required.

• Ability to think critically and deconstruct complex information into manageable processes.

• Capability to manage sensitive information and complex issues with confidentiality.

• Adaptability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely, precise results using independent judgment.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required.
