Senior HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, optimize, and manage TireHub’s essential HR systems and data.

• Collaborate with the Senior Leader of HRIS and Payroll to provide reliable, scalable, and data-driven HR technology solutions.

• Supervise system updates, configurations, troubleshooting, and the ongoing operations of HR systems.

• Handle HR Help requests, assist with payroll, and support open enrollment processes.

• Act as a second-level escalation point for managers and end users.

• Resolve intricate software and system issues, coordinating with technical staff on complex challenges.

• Manage and implement HR system upgrades and rollouts, including testing, validation, and post-implementation support.

• Lead special projects from defining requirements to completion, documentation, and training for end users.

• Establish and enforce HR data governance standards, conduct audits, manage user access controls, and address data integrity concerns.

• Maintain HR system rules, workflows, processes, and user documentation.

• Construct, modify, and validate reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, suggest corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.

• Recognize and spearhead process enhancements across HR operations.

• Direct process mapping and implement streamlined workflows for hiring, onboarding, job changes, compensation, benefits, performance, and offboarding.

• Transition manual spreadsheets and repetitive tasks into HRIS workflows, integrations, scheduled reports, and self-service tools.

• Set governance standards for configurations, security roles, documentation, testing, and change control.

• Monitor and address KPIs and dashboards related to processing times, error rates, adoption, service levels, and business impact.

• Serve as a senior HRIS subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical expertise to the team.

• Offer senior-level support and training to HR personnel and employees.

• Create, allocate, and audit end-user security access.

• Lead training initiatives covering new processes, system functionalities, and updated workflows.

• Fulfill ongoing training requirements and complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

• Report directly to the Sr. Leader of HRIS & Payroll.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in HRIS roles with increasing responsibilities.

• Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms, HR technology systems, or enterprise HR applications is required.

• Hands-on experience with UKG is strongly preferred.

• Technical proficiency in HRIS modules, HR platforms, and information technology systems.

• Ability to swiftly acquire expertise in new systems and tools.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to diagnose system and data issues and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.

• Proven project management experience with a structured approach to HR technology or IT projects.

• Detail-oriented focus on data quality, integrity, and security.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with HRBPs and members of the Human Resources team.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including system configuration, module administration, and end-user support is preferred.

• Experience in developing and delivering HR systems training materials is preferred.

• Familiarity with workflow documentation and process mapping is preferred.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate time-system changes and critical system needs.

• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
