Senior HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete HR technology ecosystem, encompassing implementation, configuration, integration, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

• Offer expertise in accessing, modifying, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of HR data and databases.

• Oversee key processes, including merit and incentive allocation from budget creation to distribution to team members.

• Model and evaluate the organizational and financial impact during HR initiatives.

• Lead the review, development, and documentation of HR processes, including the creation of job aids.

• Drive internal audit and compliance efforts within HR and act as the HR representative during company-wide audits, such as SOC and ISO.

• Resolve system issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address system-related challenges.

• Maintain system configurations, validations, calculated fields, and eligibility criteria.

• Ensure data integrity and conduct regular audits for accuracy and consistency.

• Provide advanced report writing and HR analytics support, including business processes, security roles, and dashboards.

• Take ownership of HR systems training and documentation.

• Assist the global Total Rewards & HR Operations team as a versatile team member as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in HR systems administration, including hands-on experience with Workday.

• Familiarity with business and financial programs and terminology.

• Preferred functional knowledge of HR methodologies, programs, and practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail; innovative problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.).

• Analytical and consultative skills to effectively communicate both simple and complex information to targeted and/or broad audiences in written and verbal formats.

• Capability to work under tight deadlines, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
