This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the HRIS subject-matter expert and primary administrator.
• Serve as the intermediary between team members and vendors regarding HR systems.
• Oversee user accounts, generate reports, manage dashboards, workflows, configurations, and system administration.
• Conduct testing and troubleshoot system issues.
• Manage role-based security access and facilitate periodic access reviews.
• Develop and uphold recurring audit routines to ensure the integrity of HRIS data.
• Maintain a functional understanding of HR processes, platforms, data integrations, and system dependencies.
• Identify gaps in processes and opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve HR system support issues.
• Address deficiencies in existing HR system processes.
• Highlight process inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes.
• Create, manage, and execute HR system data feeds and integrations.
• Monitor and rectify system connection issues.
• Configure and maintain business rules and workflow settings.
• Identify potential system enhancements and document business requirements.
• Assess impacts on current processes.
• Provide training for new users on HR platforms as needed.
• Maintain the HR Confluence page.
• Execute all other assigned duties.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR systems administrator.
• Proficient in system implementations and ongoing maintenance.
• Experienced in reporting and analytics.
• Familiar with routine troubleshooting practices.
• Experience with carrier feed and SFTP management.
• Capable of managing multiple systems while collaborating with business leaders and users to resolve issues.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Comprehensive HR knowledge applied proactively to meet business needs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Aptitude for asking insightful questions to uncover root causes and needs.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with Cornerstone as a system administrator is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
