Senior HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage essential HR systems, such as Dayforce, iCIMS, Lattice, and other related platforms.

• Set up security roles, workflows, integrations, and implement system modifications.

• Conduct audits, validate, clean, and ensure the integrity of HR data across interconnected systems.

• Sustain system performance and revise system documentation as needed.

• Act as an escalation point and collaborate with vendors and IT for root-cause analysis and lasting solutions.

• Lead or assist in the rollout of modules, system implementations, enhancements, and changes to vendors or platforms from initial discovery to go-live and hypercare.

• Manage data migration, integration mapping, testing, cutover, regression testing, UAT, and release management processes.

• Aid in the development of user guides and facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes.

• Collect requirements and assist in defining functional specifications.

• Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations, IT, Finance, and system owners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions.

• Create or assist in developing automated reports and dashboards.

• Address security, compliance, and auditing requirements, including SOC and ISO controls.

• Prepare data for compensation and performance evaluation cycles.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS analyst, technical business systems analyst, or in a similar systems role.

• Practical experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Dayforce, iCIMS, Lattice, or equivalent systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Experience with system implementations, integrations, configuration adjustments, or vendor transitions.

• Capacity to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and ensure follow-through.

• A curious mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Comfort in collaborating with global, distributed teams across different time zones.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
