This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of new Workday modules and enhancements, encompassing requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

• Act as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for all HRIS platforms, ensuring effective configuration, data integrity, and system optimization.

• Assess the existing HR technology landscape and pinpoint opportunities to streamline and automate workflows.

• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders to design integrated solutions across the organization.

• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

• Monitor and resolve system issues, including integrations between HRIS and payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and applicant tracking systems.

• Develop, maintain, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics on workforce trends, HR metrics, and operational efficiencies.

• Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices, recommending system enhancements.

• Assist with data audits, compliance requirements, and security protocols.

• Provide training, guidance, and support to HR and business users.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS administration, specifically in leading or supporting the implementation of HR systems.

• Required experience with Workday Core Human Capital Management and Payroll.

• Practical experience with the configuration and support of various HR modules (e.g., core HR, talent management, benefits, compensation, learning management system, applicant tracking system, absence management, etc.).

• Strong comprehension of data structures, system integrations, and reporting tools.

• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and ownership of assigned tasks.

• Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements concerning HR data.

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and system integrity.

• Project management experience is advantageous.
