Senior HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold HRIS applications, guaranteeing data integrity and precision within the Workday platform.

• Engage in and spearhead the planning, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules and features, including the semi-annual Workday release cycles.

• Configure and sustain Workday business processes, security roles, conditional rules, calculated fields, and reports.

• Collaborate with vendors and external consultants for system enhancements and customizations.

• Safeguard data security and ensure compliance with data protection laws.

• Diagnose and resolve HRIS issues while providing technical assistance to HR personnel.

• Act as the designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for 3+ functional areas, including Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Learning, Peakon, and Extend.

• Offer guidance and support to junior team members.

• Stay informed about major releases and updates within the assigned functional areas.

• Be accountable for relevant QMS procedures outlined in the QMS Procedure Crosswalk found in the QMS Manual.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in HRIS analysis, support, or a related role.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage Workday functional areas from start to finish, including Recruiting and others, while overseeing configuration, enhancements, and production support (Mandatory).

• Experience with advanced Workday report writing (including matrix and composite reports), calculated fields, and EIB data loads (Mandatory).

• Must be available to work during core Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and practices.

• Proficient in HRIS software, with practical Workday configuration expertise.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Workday Pro certification(s) in one or more modules.

• Familiarity with SOX controls, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and audit obligations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong critical thinking skills.
