Senior HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain HRIS applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the Workday platform.

• Engage in and spearhead the planning, testing, and execution of new HRIS modules and features, including Workday's semi-annual release cycles.

• Configure and uphold Workday business processes, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and reports.

• Collaborate with vendors and external consultants for system enhancements and customizations.

• Guarantee data security and adherence to data protection regulations.

• Diagnose and rectify HRIS issues, providing technical assistance to HR users.

• Act as the designated SME for over three functional areas, including Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Learning, Peakon, and Extend.

• Offer guidance and support to junior team members.

• Keep abreast of major releases and developments within assigned functional areas.

• Execute relevant QMS procedures as outlined in the QMS Procedure Crosswalk found in the QMS Manual.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in HRIS analysis, support, or a similar capacity.

• Demonstrated capability to independently lead Workday functional areas from start to finish, including Recruiting and others, managing configuration, enhancements, and production support (Mandatory).

• Proficient in Workday report writing (advanced, matrix, composite), calculated fields, and EIB data loads (Mandatory).

• Must be available to work during core Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours to assist stakeholders and operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and practices.

• Skilled in HRIS software, with practical experience in Workday configuration.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Workday Pro certification(s) in one or more modules.

• Familiarity with SOX controls, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and audit requirements.

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Strong critical thinking skills.
